Delegate Waxman moved to amend the bill on page seven, section five, line one hundred thirty-nine, after the word “and” by inserting the words “once in”;

And

            On page seven, section five, line one hundred and forty-one, after the word “and” by striking out the words “early high school grades nine and ten” and insert in lieu thereof the words “once in high school”.
